The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is continuing to investigate an eight-car wreck on I-20 Westbound on Thursday evening.
That wreck occurred in Calhoun County. Three people were injured in the mishap.
The interstate was closed for an extended period of time as troopers investigated and cleared the scene. The roadway reopened around 9 p.m. Thursday night.
Troopers say that speed was likely a factor in the wreck.
