A two-vehicle accident at the River Bridge between Centre and Cedar Bluff, involving a Jeep and an 18-wheeler, sent one person for treatment Monday morning.
The accident occurred around 11:30 with the occupant of the Jeep receiving what appeared to be only minor injuries before being transported by Cherokee EMS to an area hospital.
Cedar Bluff Firefighters and Police along with Centre Police also responded to the scene.
