The AL.com prep volleyball rankings were released this afternoon. Southside-Gadsden is locked into the 7th spot among Class 5A squads. In Class 4A, Jacksonville and Guntersville are No. 1 and 2 respectively. Geraldine opens at No. 7 in Class 3A. In Class 2A, it’s West End and Sand Rock in the 4th and 5th positions while Ohatchee is No. 9. Class 1A, Spring Garden is No. 4. The Garden Girls are two spots behind 2012 State Champions Donoho.
