An Albertville man was fatally injured in a work-related accident in Guntersville Monday.
Coroner Marlon Killian told WAFF TV48 that the accident occurred around 10:30am while construction workers were packing up after having installed a boat dock on Morrow Street – 41 year old Stephen Paul Woods, who was reportedly struck in the head by a pile driver, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation into the matter is on-going.
