The Cherokee County football coaches have selected their 2020 All-Cherokee County football team.
Class 2A Spring Garden (12-2) had the most representatives on the team with 13 players, including Luke Welsh, Andrew Floyd, Chaz Pope, Weston Kirk, Ryley Kirk, Cooper Austin, Cameron Welsh, Jackson Rogers, Nathan Law, Cade Williams, Landon Gowens, Zach Kerr and Mathias Williams. Chapel Pope and Andrew Bates are Panther honorable mentions.
Selected from the Class 4A Cherokee County Warriors (7-4) is Damien Ramsey, Colton Hill, Connor Elrod, Slade Alexander, Walker Pruett, Whit Johnson, Nas Diamond, Jay Watts, Isaac Hunter, Dalton Chesnut and Daniel Mejia. Warrior honorable mention players are Jack Amos, Cade Hopper, Malachi Horton and Ryon Dunn.
Representing Class 1A Cedar Bluff (6-5) is Anbre Leek, Preston Burt, Bucky Leek, Jacob Burleson, Nick Clifton, Dylan Kinard, Marcus McKinney, Corey Teague and Jacob Stowe. Tiger honorable mention players are Kade Browning and Artie Duvall.
Chosen from Class 1A Gaylesville (4-5) is DJ Lee, Keylon Higgins, Tyler Bentheimer, Michael Reynolds, Briley Mitchell, Jacob Gordon, Reece Holley and Gage White. Trojan honorable mention players are Hunter Penney and Dalton Waits.
Representing Class 2A Sand Rock (3-7) is Olin Pruitt, Blake Holmes, Ethan Clanton and Jacob Cornejo. Wildcat honorable mention players are Colton Cash, Magnus Goolsby and Bradley Jackson.
