The owner of Centre’s newest business has made the transition from wishing to doing, with the grand opening of Art with Heart.
We spoke with owner Janice Upshaw during an official ribbon-cutting ceremony conducted by the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce:
She also said that due to great demand, they will be offering a variety of classes at the store.
