An Attalla man has been arrested and charged with stealing a utility trailer from a farm on Cedar Lane in Attalla. Scott Lemons is charged with one count of third-degree theft of property. When the owner reported the stolen item, they stated it could possibly be found at Lemons’ residence.
Investigators did find the trailer in the back yard of the suspect’s property. Lemons was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and released after posting a $1,500 bond. The stolen trailer was returned to its owner.
