BILLY HAROLD RUSSELL, 74, of the Vigo Community, passed away on Friday.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 14 at Dansby Heritage Chapel from 2- 3 PM. The service will be at 3:00 PM with Rev. Ted Anderson and Rev. Jerry Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in Piedmont Memory Garden.
