We’ve rounded up some of the best travel deals for the busy shopping days ahead. The criteria: at least 50 percent off and a minimum of restrictions.
Black Friday:
Generations Riviera Maya
From Nov. 22-29, book a stay for rates as low as $169 per person, per night, plus a $1,000 resort credit, representing up to 55 percent off. Resort credit can be applied for room upgrades, special food and beverage experiences including private beach dinners, spa treatments and room upgrades. Generations Riviera Maya is an all-suite, oceanfront resort with butler service. Valid for stays from Jan. 1 through Dec. 22, 2018.
Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana
Enjoy fun in the Punta Cana sun with up to 50 percent off. Kids stay free (up to 12 years of age) and there is also a 50 percent spa credit for each adult. Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana is an all-inclusive resort. The booking window is Nov. 22-29, 2017 for stays from Jan. 1 – Dec. 22, 2018.
Villas at Sailrock Resort, Turks and Caicos
This Black Friday through Cyber Monday, Sailrock Resort, a new resort located in South Caicos in the Turk and Caicos island chain, is offering a 50 percent off deal for travelers who book a stay in a beachfront villa on Nov. 24-27, 2017. The resort is a 25-minute flight from Turks & Caicos’ main island of Providenciales. Some blackout dates apply for the travel period of Jan. 3 – Nov. 19, 2018 and there is a minimum of a 4-night stay. Rate includes breakfast daily in the Great House Restaurant. The Grove Resort & Spa Orlando
The Grove Resort & Spa Orlando offers 50 percent off at this new Walt Disney World-area resort during a sale that runs from Black Friday through Cyber Monday. Valid for stays through Sept. 30, 2018, the limited-time offer gets travelers inside this Orlando hotel’s one-, two- and three-bedroom residential-style suites that are equipped with full kitchens, living and dining rooms, screened balconies and washer/dryer from just $149 per night.
The Wigwam, Litchfield Park, Arizona
The Wigwam, an Arizona landmark and AAA Four-Diamond resort is offering 50 percent off its best available rate per night with a minimum two-night stay. Cyber Monday:
Hotel Commonwealth, Boston
Boston’s upscale Hotel Commonwealth, located near more than 100 colleges and universities, will offer rooms for $100 a night, more than a 50 percent savings. The offer, valid on stays within the next 100 days through March 7, 2018, begins at 10 a.m. on Nov. 27 and concludes after 100 minutes. Some limitations and blackout dates apply. Menin Hospitality, Miami, Florida
