Everyone is encouraged to roll up their sleeves and do their part to help Blood Assurance in their efforts to supply more than 70 health care facilities with a safe and adequate supply of blood for every patient in need – and your opportunity to help save lives is coming up next Monday (January 5th) at Cherokee Medical Center.

Monday’s blood drive will take place between 12:45 and 5:00pm with all donors receiving a FREE Blood Assurance long-sleeve t-shirt.

This is an especially important time of year to donate blood, as donations traditionally tend to drop off a bit, during the hustle and bustle of the holidays – and, that’s very unfortunate – due to the fact that the need for blood always rises around this time.

Once again that’s 12:45 – 5:00pm Monday, January 5th at Cherokee Medical Center located on Northwood Drive in Centre.
