Both Drivers Escape Serious Injury In Two Car Crash In Centre/UPDATED

The Centre Police Department accident report on that two car crash at the intersection on King Street and the Bypass on Tuesday has now been released.

According to the report, the mishap involved a 2000 Honda Odyssey van driven by 70 year old Ronald Rains of Centre and a 2013 Nissan Altima driven by 19 year old Dakota Rogers also of Centre. Neither of the drivers was injured, however a 6 year old child in Allen’s vehicle was taken to Cherokee Medical Center by Cherokee EMS for evaluation.

Those dispatched to the scene were; Centre Police Department, Centre Fire Department, Cherokee EMS, County Rescue personnel and Sheriff’s Office deputies.
