Cedar Bluff Man Arrested on Drug Charges / Rome Resident Indicted by Cherokee County Grand Jury for Trafficking Methamphetamine

A Cedar Bluff man was taken into custody on Wednesday morning and placed under arrest on drug charges – 42 year old Corey Shane Cagle of Cedar Bluff was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and with a Probation Violation.

Meanwhile, a Rome, Georgia man has been indicted by a Cherokee County (Alabama) Grand Jury on a charge of Trafficking Methamphetamines.

Faron Antwone Burke, age 27, will have a court date set soon.

Both men remain in the Cherokee County Detention Center with bond for Cagle being set at $1,800 and bond for Burke having been set at $50,000.
