A 50 year old Cedar Bluff man has been indicted by a Cherokee County Grand Jury on charges of Sodomy 1st Degree, Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and Sexual Abuse of a Child less than 12 years of age.
Timothy Lyn Culver was arrested on those charges on Thursday and was released after posting a $600,000 property bond. According to court documents obtained by WEIS Radio News Culver did “engage in deviate sexual intercourse with the victim who was less that twelve years old,” and did “subject to sexual contact with another person who was less than twelve years old.”
Bond for the charges of two counts of Sodomy 1st Degree was set at a combined $350,000 and Bond on the charge of Sexual Abuse of a Child less than twelve was set at $250,000.
