Two Cherokee County residents were arrested on drug charges Monday.
Vernon Glenn Lambert, age 49 and Allison Edwards-Roberts, 34 – both of Cedar Bluff – were charged with the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Edwards-Roberts was additionally charged with DUI/Controlled Substance.
She was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center just before 8:00pm; meanwhile Lambert was booked in shortly before midnight.
Both remain behind bars awaiting setting of bond.
