Centre Man Arrested In Fort Payne On Charges Of Making Terroristic Threats

A Centre man was arrested in Fort Payne on Tuesday charged with making Terroristic  Threats. Fort Payne Police Chief Randy Bynum said that Kevin Andy Pangle age 23 of Centre was arrested by Fort Payne Police Investigators after a note was found at The Children’s Place that stating a bomb would go off at the business on October 15, 2019 and blow everyone up.

Bynum stated hand writing samples were collected at The Children’s Place and it was determined Mr. Pangle was the lead suspect.  The arrest was from a long investigation and hard work by the investigators Bynum stated.

Pangle was transferred to the Dekalb County Detention Center and bond was set at $7500.00
