A Cherokee County man was arrested on drug charges over the weekend.
James Dale Amos, age 46 of Centre was arrested Saturday at the intersection of U.S. 411 and Biddy Road in Floyd County.
According to reports, he was charged with possession of meth, the possession of a schedule II drug, drugs not kept in original container, speeding – and driving while license suspended or revoked
Amos was booked into the Floyd County Detention Center with bond set at $7,900.
