Centre Man Facing Multiple Drug Charges in Northwest Georgia

A Cherokee County resident was arrested on drug charges in northwest Georgia following a traffic stop in Cave Spring.

According to the report, Justin Wade Twilley, age 33 of Centre was found with drugs during that stop at Harbin’s Market, where he was placed under arrest and afterwards he allegedly proceeded to take a pill bottle containing a total of 14 Schedule IV pills – a marijuana pipe –  and marijuana inside the jail.

Twilley was charged with two counts of possession of drug-related objects, with possession of marijuana, open container, two counts of crossing guard line with drugs, with possession of methamphetamine, possession of controlled IV substance, window tint violation, driving on an expired tag and a probation violation.
