A Cherokee County man was hurt in a two-vehicle accident, occurring Thursday evening on County Road 29.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report the accident involved a Kawasaki motorcycle driven by 57 year old Kelvin Lambert from Centre, and a 2004 Nissan being driven by 32 year old Lori Littlefield, also of Centre.
Littlefield escaped injury, however Lambert was injured in the crash.
The accident report noted that Lambert was not wearing a helmet at the time of the wreck.
The accident took place just after 6:30pm, approximately nine miles east of Centre.
