Centre Police have arrested a man and charged him with Making a False Report to Law Enforcement.
According to the Department – James Saylor was arrested on Friday by Investigator Randy Mayorga after filing a report with Officer Brody Moses that someone had been Fraudulently using his Credit/Debit Card.
Officer Moses passed the information onto Investigator Mayorga and during the investigation; inconsistencies were found with the alleged transactions.
During interviews, information was obtained from the suspect as to why Saylors may have made this false report, with Saylors later confessing to the crime.
