Centre Police Respond to Three Auto Accidents Tuesday; No Injuries Reported

Centre Police units, and other local emergency personnel, responded to three separate auto accidents late Tuesday afternoon, all occurring within an hour of each other and all without any injuries.

Accord to police accident reports, that first wreck – taking place at the intersection of South River and Main Street at 5:58pm involved a 2012 Ford Fusion and a 2017 4-Runner with an out of town driver and a local driver;

The second occurred just moments later, at 6:08pm, at the intersection of Highway 411 and Armory Road, involving two local residents:  one in a ’95 Ford F-150 and the other driving a 2019 Honda Civic;

That third wreck took place at the intersection of Alabama Highway 9 and Warrior Drive, at 6:47pm, and involved a 2007 Camry and a ‘95 Chevy C-1500 – with one driver being a local resident and the other being from out-of town.

Again, luckily, no one was injured in any of those mishaps, according to the accident reports
