The Rotary Club of Centre recently administered a canned food drive with the help of the Cherokee County School System. All schools in the county participated in the drive for this year.

The drive resulted in the delivery of approximately 8,000 cans to the Cherokee County Crisis Center and the Family Care Center.

The Rotary Club would like to thank all of the students & faculty that participated in the drive, with special thanks going to Amanda Lee and the JAG class at Cherokee County Career & Tech Center. They helped to unload, sort & stock shelves at the Crisis Center.

Appreciation is also extended to Preston Grimes & Chase Bedwell who helped by delivering and unloading cans at the Family Care Center.
