The Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office was involved in a high speed chase Thursday night.
Few details are known at the time however according to the information obtained by WZQZ Radio in Trion the short pursuit started on Highway 27 near Pennville and ended just north of Trion.
The driver of the vehicle in question reportedly took his own life after being stopped by law enforcement officials.
