James Marlon Johns, age 60 from Leesburg – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Financial Exploitation of the Elderly 1st Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;
Magan Nicole Knight, age 29 of Cedar Bluff – Public Intoxication;
Glenn Hollis Deville, age 61 of Cedar Bluff – Domestic Violence 2nd Degree;
Dusty Ray Cavin age 35 of Gaylesville – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Driving while Suspended;
Coley LaShea Reaves, age 37 from Gadsden, Failure to Appear on prior charges on Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Promoting Prison Contraband and Receiving Stolen Property 3rd Degree;
Jackie Ray Epps age 30 of Cedar Bluff / Brittany Taylor Smith, age 24 from Gaylesville / and Stacy Lynn Smith, age 30 of Leesburg – all charged with Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree;
Natalie Nicole Smith age 30 of Piedmont – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd Degree.
These arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Currently there are 109 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
