Cherokee County Arrest Files for Monday:
Trisha Kay Whaley, age 39 of Collinsville – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Bond Revocation (three counts) and Failure to Appear on the prior charges of Burglary 3rd Degree (two counts) and Theft of Property (one count);
Todd Thomas Stone, age 36 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Burglary 3rd Degree (two counts) and Theft of Property 1st Degree (one count);
Tracey Allen Thompson, age 21 of Leesburg – Flight/Escape – Fugitive from Justice and Failure to Appear on the prior charges of Theft of Property 1st Degree (two counts), Burglary 3rd Degree, Assault 2nd Degree, Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;
and
Tyrone Randolph, age 54 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and DUI/Any Substance.
Arrests are based on probable cause – suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
Currently there are 85 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center
