Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Phillip Morgan, age 42 of Collinsville – Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay (three counts)

and

Clifford Wright, age 38 of Centre – Domestic Violence/Strangulation/Suffocation

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 80 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center
