Cherokee County Arrest Files for Tuesday:
Joseph David Hale, age 19 from Centre – Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card (38 counts), Identity Theft 1st Degree (24 counts), the Theft of Property 1st Degree (one count), and the Financial Exploitation of the Elderly (one count);
Amanda Anne Early, age 42 of Cave Spring, Georgia – A Probation Violation and Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;
Jeff Cory Parker, age 29 of Rome, Georgia – Theft by Deception 4th Degree;
Jonathan Matthew Nicholson age 33 from Centre – Failure to Appear on previous charges of Unlawful Distribution/Furnishing Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Driving while License Suspended, Reckless Driving and Following too Closely;
Celest Nicole Seaman, age 28 of Piedmont – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;
Natalie Lynn Brogdon, age 25 of Centre – Bond Revocation and Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Driving while License Revoked.
These arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Currently there are 108 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
