Cherokee County Arrest Files for Tuesday, October 19th:

Jesse Giddens, age 24 of Gaylesville – Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (two counts) and Failure to Appear/Bail Jumping;

Daniel Pittman, age 37 of Leesburg – Failure to Appear/Bail Jumping (two counts);

Bobby Williams, age 58 of Leesburg – Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Appearing in a Public Place under the Influence;

and

Wesley Guffey, age 43 of Summerville, Georgia – Alias Writ of Arrest

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 73 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center
