Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Eric Kyle Hooper, age 27 of Centre; Susan Michelle Rakestraw, age 42 of Ft Payne; Jason Robby Glenn Bolt, 23, from of Fyffe; and Jena Rena Loomis, 25 from Pisgah were each charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree.  Bolt and Loomis were additionally charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Barry Carl Green, 54 of Piedmont – was arrested on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with his bond being set at $3,000,

Rachael Lee Kirby, age 33 of Centre – Public Intoxication;

Johnny Ray Washington, age 65 of Centre – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of DUI;

Felicia Nichole Vancleef, age 34 of Sand Rock – Theft of Property 4th Degree;

and

Anthony Keith Hines, age 52 of Glencoe – Grand Jury Indictment/Manslaughter

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 71 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
