Cherokee County authorities made a number of drug arrests on Tuesday.
Terry Van Inman, age 43 and Crystal Nicole Locklear, age 24 – were each charged with the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, along with the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Inman was booked into the detention center just prior to 4:00am and was released around 3:00pm after making bond of $1,000. Locklear was booked in shortly after 3:00pm and she bonded out approximately two hours later, after meeting her $1,000 bond.
Timothy Scott Rothell, age 24 / Debbie Jean McDaniel, age 37 / Wesley Steven Jackson, age 24, and Christopher Sherman Stubbs, age 41, were each charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Rothell, McDaniel and Jackson were all booked into jail around 4:00pm; meanwhile Stubbs was booked in at around 11:00 that morning. All four remain behind bars awaiting setting of bond.
Haley Larraine Garrett, age 33 was charged with the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Garrett was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center at 4:00pm with bond yet to be set.
