Cherokee County Boasts A 63% Voter Turnout On Tuesday

63.54 percent voter in Cherokee County turned out during Tuesday’s general election. 12,315 of 19,382 of registered voters cast ballots. Cherokee County Probate Judge Tim Burgess said that this is something we should all be proud of.

Local results from Tuesday’s election are as follows: (Cherokee County ONLY)

President of the United States – Donald Trump received 10,562 votes with Joe Biden receiving 1,619 votes.

For Unites States Senator – Doug Jones gathered and 2,105 the declared winner Tommy Tubberville received 10,102 votes.

In the race for United States Representative District 3 – Adia Winfrey received 1,394 votes while the incumbent Mike Rogers garnered 9,943 total votes. United States Representative District 4 – Rick Neighbors has 96 votes and Robert Aderhold had 705 votes.
