Cherokee County Mayors Provide Updates During Weekly EMA News Conference

The Cherokee County Emergency Management Agency held their weekly COVID-19 News Conference on Tuesday morning. The EMA Office has been doing these conferences for the last several weeks in order to provide updates to local residents on the latest information regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic.

During this week’s conference – Mayors from each of the five municipalities across Cherokee County gave updates from their respective townships.

The next conference will take place on Tuesday April, 21 at 10:00 a.m. inside the County Commission Chambers at the Administration Center. The meetings are restricted to the officials that are participating and proper social distancing is being followed.
