On Thursday October 5th Probate Judge/Commission Chairman J. Kirk Day suffered a heart attack at his residence. 

Judge Day was taken to Cherokee Medical Center, and was then transported by ambulance to Redmond Regional Medical Center. 

Judge Day remains hospitalized in critical condition. 

We will have additional information upon the release of an official statement from his office and/or family members.

We ask that you keep Judge Day and his family in your prayers.

As of this morning (October 11, 2017) Judge Day’s condition remains the same.  He will undergo some additional testing this morning.  We will provide updates as they become available.  Please continue to keep Judge Day and his family in your prayers.
