ANNISTON – Cherokee County High School swept a Class 4A, Area 9 volleyball match Tuesday at Anniston. The scores were 25-11, 25-6 and 25-12.
Ella Garmany collected six digs, five aces, three kills and a block. Kenzie Hunter had six aces, three digs, two kills and two assists. Sarai Ray added four aces, three assists, three digs and a kill. Crimson Colbert came away with four assists, two aces and two digs. Emilee Paul posted four kills, three aces and a dig. Anna Walker contributed five kills and three aces. Madeline Ware came away with two kills, two digs and an ace. AK Reyes finished with six digs.
Cherokee County is scheduled to host Jacksonville and Ohatchee on Thursday beginning at 4:30 p.m.
