Comedian, public speaker and now “award-winning” author John Pate – on Thursday joined WEIS Radio Morning Show Host Jerry Baker, to discuss some exciting new developments in his career and it seems a lot has happened to this Cherokee County native since his last visit with us some two years ago:
It looks as though John is about to embark on a new journey – incorporating the incredible story he’s brought to the public in print format:
And it seems John has already planned ahead in regard to the look and feel of the project:
John Pate will be conducting two book signings Friday (June 28th): at the Cherokee County Historical Museum on East Main Street from 1:00 – 4:00pm; afterwards John will attend the Liberty Day Celebration in Cedar Bluff from 4:00 – 10:00pm. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Historical Museum.
Saturday, you’ll find John at the Northeast Alabama Agri-Business Center, on Highway 35 in Rainsville, between the hours of 1:00 and 5:00pm – and part of the proceeds from the event will go to the Kelley’s Rainbow organization.
