A DeKalb County judge has ordered a $5 million judgment against a woman convicted of murdering her stepfather, ensuring that she will not be profiting from her crime.

According to court records, Karri Willoughby will receive nothing more than a hand mixer, a vacuum cleaner, and two rocking chairs.

In February of 2012, Willoughby pled guilty to killing her stepfather, Billy Junior Shaw, with a lethal injection of Propofol in 2008

Prosecutors received the signed plea agreement from Willoughby`s attorneys, five minutes before the trial was to begin.

She was sentenced to 20 years in state prison.

This week, Judge Randall Cole ruled she could not profit by any television, movie, book or other deals stemming from the crime, and if she does, that money would instead be given to the victims of the crime.

Willoughby’s sister said they just wanted to ensure Karri would not profit from what she did.

While she will not receive any money from Shaw’s estate, her children will be receiving that portion, according to court records.
