Fire Department units from Spring Garden, Ellisville and McCords all responded to a report of a garage fire at a residence on County Road 8 in the southern portion of Cherokee County early Wednesday afternoon.
The fire, which was believed to have been caused by a lightning strike, was quickly brought under control
