One person was hurt in a single-vehicle accident on Highway 35 in the early morning hours of Monday.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report the wreck took place at 4:15am and involved a 2002 GMC being driven by 38 year old Gary Taunton of Cropwell.
No additional information regarding the extent of his injuries was available.
It was noted on the report that he was wearing his seat belt at the time of the wreck.
