Cub Scout Pack #247 Performs Renovation Work at Pratt Memorial Park

Cub Scout Pack #247 recently adopted Jonathan Pratt Memorial Park in Centre to help with renovations and bring attention to the park itself.

Pack leader Josh Keshmiri says the ceremony was a great success, and the park looks better than ever thanks to the scouts; he would also like to thank everyone who came out to lend a helping hand.

Troop #247 is extremely active in the community and has also helped out the City of Centre with various projects, as well as a number of renovation projects at Cherokee Rock Village.

The Scouts meet at the big green building across from the Centre City Park, at various times and days for each troop –

Wolves at 5:00pm Mondays

Bears at 5:30pm Thursdays

And Lions at 9:00am Saturdays
