DeKalb County Authorities Make Multiple Drug Arrests

The Narcotics and Interdiction unit of the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office recently executed a search warrant on 18th Street SW in Ft Payne after deputies and Ft Payne Police Officers went to the residence to serve felony warrants.  As a result of the search, methamphetamine, marijuana, and assorted drug paraphernalia was seized.

James Howard Pendergrass, 60 of Ft Payne, James Colton Pendergrass, 28 from Centre,  Melissa Howard, 52 of Sylvania, and Madison Coker, 32 of Collinsville – were all arrested on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree.

Later that same night, deputies stopped a vehicle on County Road 44 and during a search of the vehicle, Stephanie Solis, 32 of Ft Payne, was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine and Synthetic Marijuana. Solis was charged with the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts) and with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and transported to the DeKalb County Detention Center.
