Details remain sketchy – however it appears that a domestic altercation led to the stabbing of a Gadsden man Wednesday night.
Gadsden Police Officers arrived just after 12:30pm, where the 47 year old victim was being treated in the front yard for a stab wound. Fortunately a passerby with medical experience had seen the victim and offered assistance.
The subject had reportedly been involved in an altercation with two family members at his own home, located next door to where he was found.
Medics arrived on the scene and transported the victim to Gadsden Regional for treatment – at this point, no charges have been filed in connection with the incident.
