Doris Neyman Davis age 88 of Centre passed away Thursday March 21st at Noland Hospital.
Funeral services will be 3 PM Sunday March 24th at Fairview United Methodist Church with Rev. Mark Mayo, Rev. David Dale and Steve Clark officiating, burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 3 PM Sunday at the church.
Pallbearers include Josh Burt, Shane Dutton, Richard Hunter, Jason Dawson, Will Teague and Nick Mobley.
Survivors include daughter, Pam (JW) Myrick of Centre; brothers, Harvel Neyman and Horace Neyman; grandchildren, Holly (Josh) Burt, Ashley (Richard) Hunter, Brook (Shane) Dutton, Abbey (Jason) Dawson and Will (Kaley) Teague; great-grandchildren, Kensey Burt, Andrew Burt, Addison Burt, Emma Hunter, Jack Dutton, Jase Dutton, Sofie Dawson and Stella Dawson; several nieces and nephews; special friend and classmate Sarah Fortenberry.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Fred Davis; son, Keith Davis; brother, Hollis Neyman; sisters, Josephine Tillery and Juanita Fox.
Mrs. Davis was a native of Cherokee County and the daughter of the late Thomas Clyde and Ruth Evelyn Steed Neyman and a member of Fairview United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Fairview Young Adult Class or Children’s Ministry.
