Earline Stinson, age 93 of Centre passed away Thursday February 22nd at Cherokee Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 1:PM Sunday, February 25th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Melvyn Salter officiating; burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 until 1 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include Jason Griffith, Jamie Griffith, Russ Stinson, Tony Hendon, Lane Stinson and Bobby Crider.
Survivors include son, Ronnie (Mary) Stinson of Jacksonville; daughter, Judi Griffith of Centre; brother, Buck Hendon of Centre; grandchildren, Russ Stinson, Jason Griffith, Brandee Stinson and Jamie Griffith; great-grandchildren, Teddy Grace, Daisy and Baylor Stinson and Sophie Clare Griffith; grandchild of the heart, Pam Scott.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Stinson; brothers, Emmett, Jet and Enmon Hendon; sisters, Louise Grogan and Addie Lee Burgess.
Mrs. Stinson was a native of Cherokee County the daughter of the late Marion and Rosie Weatherby Hendon and a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Bethel Cemetery Fund.
