Cedar Bluff officials notified WEIS Radio News on Tuesday that Eugene Mann has dropped out of the run-off race for Cedar Bluff Town Council District #1. Back on August 25 Mann ran against incumbent Tim Miller for the seat.
With the announcement, current Councilman Tim Miller will retain the seat for another term.
The run-off date was originally scheduled to be held October 6th.
In District #3 there will be a run-off between Bobbie Hicks and Jack Bond.
