LaFayette Georgia Police arrested an Alabama couple at Walmart after the pair attempted a fraudulent return.
Officials stated that a store security camera showed Katlin Nichole Couch and Destin Bell – both age 22 and both of Rainsville, Alabama – enter the store and select a flat-screen TV valued at $408, before going to the store’s Customer Service desk – where they attempted to return the same television.
The two were escorted to the Walker County Jail on charges of Shoplifting after the store alerted law enforcement.
