A home on County Road 19 was destroyed by fire on Wednesday night. Mt. Weisner Fire Chief Bobby McDaniel tells WEIS Radio News the call came in just after 7:30 p.m. with units from the Mt. Weisner, Centre, Ellisville and Knightens Crossroads departments all responding.
McDaniel said that the structure was already fully engulfed in flames as firefighters arrived at the scene. Firefighters worked at the scene for several hours. There were no injuries reported.
McDaniel said that the cause of the fire is under investigation.
