Centre Firefighters responded to a shed fire at a residence on David Street off of West Main Street in Centre on Tuesday afternoon. A Centre firefighter reported the fire to 911 after seeing heavy black smoke in the area.
Centre Police also responded to the scene. At this time it is not known what caused the fire. There were no injuries reported. Thanks to the quick response of the Centre Fire Department the blaze was quickly brought under control.
