Firefighters were called to a report of a structure fire at a location on County Road 431 off of County Road 14 in the Tenalla area on Friday afternoon.
The Mt. Weisner, Ellisville and Centre Fire Departments responded in addition to Floyd EMS units and the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office all responded.
Firefighters arrived and began an interior attack of the home shortly after 3:00 p.m. – it appears that no one was injured; the American Red Cross was called to the scene to assist the family who was displaced.
