Kuzmichstudio/iStock/Thinkstock(NEW YORK) — The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a recall on Thursday of more than 60,000 infant motion seats sold by Fisher-Price after reports of overheating and fire risk.

According to a press release, consumers can determine if their seat is included in the recall by looking at the model number beneath the motor housing. Seats with model numbers CMR35, CMR36, CMR37, DYH22 and Smart Connect Soothing Motions Seats with model number CMR39 are being recalled.

The seats bounce, sway, vibrate, and play music and soothing sounds, have been sold online and at major retailers since 2015.

Anyone who owns a recalled infant seat is urged to stop using the product immediately and contact Fisher-Price for a full refund at their website or by calling 1-800-432-5437.
