Cherokee County Arrest Files:

David Brittian Kyle Burns, age 28 of Collinsville – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Tampering with Physical Evidence and DUI/Any Substance;

Justin Daniel Jennings, age 29 of Gaylesville – Fugitive from Justice;

Victor Bernard Lyles, age 23 of ft Payne – HOLD for another agency;

Justin Michael Gundersom, age 27 of Piedmont – Theft of Property 4th Degree;

and

Tina Guice Patton, age 50 of Leesburg – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 69 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
