Five people were jailed on drug charges Wednesday in Cherokee County.

Brett Dow Littlejohn, age 43, Haley Renee Burrage, 23 and Tony Ray Stone, age 35, were all charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Littlejohn was booked into jail at around 5:15pm – Burrage and Stone just prior to 4:30 that afternoon.  All three remain in the Cherokee County Detention Center with bond set at $3,000 each.

Meanwhile, 22 year old Kourtney Lynn Williams was booked in at 4:15am on the charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Receiving Stolen Property 1st Degree – she remains in the detention center on bond of $6,000 and Carrie Giles Brown, age 46, was charged with Attempted Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance as well as Forgery 4th Degree.  She was booked at 12:20pm and being held on bond of $3,000.
